Reaching Children in Need

Nancy Morrell is a dedicated supporter of the Child Advocacy and Protection Program (CAPP) at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD). She’s established a planned gift to help fund the vital, compassionate work of caregivers who evaluate and treat suspected victims of child maltreatment—work that health insurers cover at a rate of only about 10 percent. Now, she and her son, Justin McLane, have teamed up with matching donations to establish a CAPP Director’s Fund. Thanks to this fund, CAPP will be able to expand its reach and provide more care to the children who depend on its critical services.
