Executive Director, Advancement Administration
Christine oversees the critical operations of gift recording and data records, prospect research, stewardship, data systems and analytics, as well as business and human resources functions for the Dartmouth Health and Geisel School of Medicine Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
Christine is a leader in this profession with more than 20 years of experience building comprehensive advancement infrastructure for both health care and university organizations. A CPA by training, Christine first joined the development profession at Wayne State as a consultant, later serving as its first director of Information Services. Following her time at Wayne State, she became the Senior Director of Donor Services and Annual Giving for Henry Ford Health System in Detroit (HFHS), a five-hospital $4.2B system. In this role she managed all aspects of the philanthropy operations, annual giving, information services, prospect management, stewardship and donor concierge services for HFHS' Office of Philanthropy. During her nearly 10 year tenure, Christine also oversaw a Raiser’s Edge database conversion, special events, planned giving and implemented key business policies and practices that streamlined internal controls.
Most recently, Christine was at Hackensack Meridian Health Network a 16-hospital, $5B healthcare system in New Jersey. Christine joined the team as Executive Director of Foundation Operations and Annual Giving before being promoted to Vice President of Annual Giving and Foundation Services. In her role, she led a 20-person team tasked with building the infrastructure for a comprehensive, modern fundraising organization. This included unique partnerships with the New York Giants, the development of prospect and pipeline tracking systems and a forecasting system for major gifts.
